The elderly rehabilitation center project of Anhui provincial hospital is the largest construction project in the history of medical construction in Anhui Province. The project is located on the west side of the central axis of Binhu New Area, close to the 15th River in the north. The planned plot is adjacent to Jiangsu Road, Anhui Road, Nanjing Road and Jinxiu Avenue in the East, West, North and south respectively. Yangzi River road divides it into two parts. The South plot is phase I construction with a planned area of 162 mu, and the North plot is phase II construction with a planned area of 170 mu. The South plot has a total construction area of 540000 m2 and a total investment of 4 billion yuan. The main functions of lot 01 are administrative offices, hotels and apartments, and the main functions of lot 03 are elderly care and maintenance centers. After the completion of the project, it will become a national advanced geriatric treatment and rehabilitation center and elderly care and rehabilitation demonstration base.
